Yoga for Beginners
Yoga for Beginners will meet Mondays from 6:00pm - 7:15pm, taught by Kyle Peters, RYT. Anybody who wants to can practice yoga. Anybody can breathe; therefore anybody can practice yoga. This class is slower paced and is accessible to people of all sizes, ages and fitness levels. Learning yoga concepts and principles will remove any fears or challenges in doing yoga, while also assisting with stress reduction, pain relief, relaxing stiff muscles, easing sore joints, and weight management.
