I'm a grad student looking to rent a 2 bedroom home. I would prefer a house or duplex, but I'm open to anything right now. I'm looking to move in mid-December. I currently live in an apartment complex and the noise is effecting my studying. I do have two larger breed well-behaved dogs. While I'll have no problem paying my rent on time everytime, I will not be able to put down a first months rent deposit until after classes begin in January and I can get the rest of my loan money. Thanks!
