We are a young professional married couple with pets looking for a rental house next summer. We have been living in the same apartment for almost four years and are getting too old for the college crowd surrounding us. As tenents, we are extremely clean, quiet, curteous and have never been late with a payment. We are especially interested in the West Side areas of Timothy Road, the Beechwood area, or Jennings Mill, or on the Eastside Cedar Creek, but we are open to any safe neighborhood. Our pets: one 25 pound dog and two cats, all full-grown adults that are fixed and trained.
We hope to find a house or condo that is either 2 or 3 bedrooms, with a good sized master. Our current lease ends in July and will be moving at that time. Please email me with any house descriptions and photos of properties you have that may come available. We are interested in renting only at this time.
