I am a UGA graduate student and am looking to buy a home for under 135,000 dollars (Preferably a good deal below this). I know this is the "rental property wanted" section but I am just wondering if there are any folks with a nice house they have been renting that they have been thinking of selling. I am particularly interested in old homes (even if they need a bit of work) not townhomes or duplexes that are within 4 or so miles from the UGA campus as I am a bicyclist. Any size home is fine particularly if there is also some land too (fer building a greenhouse and garden).
