I am looking to exchange work for rent for the first two or three months, I can paint, repair drywall, do minor electrical and plumbing repairs, wood working repairs inside and out, flooring and sub-flooring, resurfacing cabinetry, and pretty much any other repairs and maintenance, including lawn maintenance, I would also be more than happy to do your family or business photography or work as an assistant, or second shooter for free.
Even if I can just get the security deposit and first month's rent waived, I'd be willing to continue working on the property and paying rent somewhere in the range of $300 per month or less after the first two or three months, I'd also continue the work.

We are a nice family and do not drink or party, we like quite peacefulness and treasure moments that we can spend together. I would really love to find anything, we are staying with my parents right now and we really just need a place, any place will do, we just need to move from here and give my folks their living room back.

My wife and I do not smoke, drink or do drugs. We attend church regularly and are very family oriented. We would treat your home as if it were ours and would probably leave it better than when we got there. We truly are model citizens. Pretty much the only hobby I have is shooting. Please don't think I am just some guy who plays around with guns. In my spare time I like to build and shoot precision rifles and am very professional about it. Safety is the top priority when it comes to shooting and I always observe the four weapons safety rules. It is not that I will be shooting every day, but when I feel like it, I do not want to feel like I am doing something wrong. I have lived in a Liberal Northern City for too long and would like a change. Again, I am very professional and would always keep safety at the forefront of everything I do. You also must allow dogs (just one) and preferably be willing to do a rent to own if we decide to buy.
