My mom has recently found out that her current nanny position will be ending within the next few weeks. She has a great relationship with the family she works for, however the youngest child is beginning preschool this year. She has tons of experience as a mother and grandmother, as well as home daycare provider, Sunday School teacher, nanny, etc. She is a major asset to every family she works for, providing not only excellent care for children, but also housecleaning, laundry, errands, taking care of pets, etc. In her current position the family ‘let go’ their weekly housekeeper and turned those duties over entirely to my mom. She is looking preferably for a part-time position, three consecutive days per week, but would consider other options as well. She would consider live-in or live-out for those days. She does require pay that compensates her for her experience, but the families she’s worked for say she’s well worth it. Got a friend looking for a sitter, too?
