We are interested in adding a new dispatcher/receptionist to our team. Customer service is a primary focus of this position - the job involves answering our phones with a friendly, pleasant tone, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate recipient. Between calls, our new receptionist will file documents and maintain basic record keeping.
The position is currently part time, 30 hours per week. We are a close, positive-minded team with a relaxed but professional atmosphere.
Applicants must be very well organized and self motivated. Applicants should also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Dispatch experience is highly preferred, but not essential.
