I am looking for a roommate to share my 1300sf apartment. It’s 2BD/2Bath and is about 1-mile from the UGA campus. I’m a female pre-vet student. The room is HUGE and has a large closet (10’8” x 2’). The room can be furnished or unfurnished. You’ll have your own full bathroom (8’1” x 4’10”) and additional large hall closet (3’10” x 1’2”). I have a new full washer/dryer and new appliances in the kitchen. This place is a must see!!! Roommate must be pet-friendly, neat, and mature. No Smoking and No Drugs please. Social drinking is fine.
I have one cat and one dog. If you have a dog, that’s fine, but my cat doesn’t like other cats…sorry!
I am renting the room for $360.00 plus ˝ of the utilities (approximately $60/month). Rent must be paid on time. Applicants will need to pass credit and background checks. All leases will be 12-months.
