I withdrew from UGA graduate school for an employment opportunity and have to relocate. The lease at the apt is until july '10 so this would be a great apartment for a semester only student, although it is perfectly ok if you're not a student. The Reserve is a really nice place with a chill, friendly staff, gated community, pool, bus stop, weight room, computer lab, etc. It is on the east side of campus, literally two minutes away from kroger, the loop, barnett shoals, and downtown. The specific apartment is a 2BR/2BA/furnished. My roommate is an awesome guy, really chill and laid back. We roomed together at undergrad, so i know him really well.
The rent is 435/month plus utilities (which average around another $100), but this can be negotiated as i really really need someone to take up my rent. Guys and girls are equally encouraged....we are NOT creepers, we are NOT sketchy......just two average guys hoping this listing will help someone out.
