I need a room in either a house or apartment in Athens for the Spring semester and possibly summer. I am taking my final class at UGA and will be graduating in May. I am a 22 yr old female, but i would prefer to live with guys. This is because I am a huge sports fan, and tend to have more to chat about with guys. I'd like a situation where we could be friends, and not just roommates. I am pretty low maintenance, clean but not tidy, generally fun and really easy to get along with. I like to go out on the weekends, but i'm over the get drunk be hungover phase of college. I don't smoke or do drugs, and cant live with a smoker because of bad asthma. I also cannot live with a cat or dog that sheds, due to allergies. I do have furniture so i wont need a furnished room. I dont mind sharing a bathroom. I am looking to pay at most 300 + utilities, or around 400 total. The closer to campus and/or downtown the better. Let me know if you need someone to sublease, or just are looking for a roommate.
