okay, so my roommate and i live in a two bedroom two bath apartment in the middle of downtown. we both have hectic semesters coming up and think it might be better to move to some place less distracting. so if you've ever wanted to live downtown here is your chance. we are looking for two people to take our spots in our apartment and trade you for your two bedroom apartment. location for us isnt too important, as long as it is safe. our place is alot of fun and it is very safe.

the next thing is our rent is $540 a month, but if your rent is cheaper and still want to live here we will pay the difference. so like if your rent for your place is $500 a month then you can continue to pay that but live in our apartment and we will pay the difference. the only thing that will change is the utilities and tv service and such, but that is all transferable. we will take our stuff to your place and you can bring your stuff to ours. and the pet deposit is already paid for our apartment so you can bring your furry friend for no charge.

also, we are not trying to move back in our place after so if you like it then you can stay by signing a lease for the next year, but if you want your place back we will move out and you can have it back.

we just are really desperate for a place to have a place where we can have a successful semester. and looking to be settled there for january.
