The apartment is technically a studio though there are 2 separate lofts that are about 9 feet by 8 feet with a 5 foot low ceiling that can work for 2 bedrooms (see photos). I've lived here by myself but many neighbors have the exact same setup and split the rent into $300 a month.

The place has a security gate with a code and its pretty effective at keeping weirdos out during party hours.
The place has a DISHWASHER! There are also laundry machines just 50 feet away on the same floor, super easy (only 75 cents a cycle).
I'm going to be done with school so I'd also be willing to sell you a lot of my furnishings and stuff for super cheap if you want.

It is right next to the La-Z-Shopper and is managed by Fred's Historic Properties. It is right near Flannigans, Doc Cheys, Mellow Mushroom, Junkman's Daughter and Barberitos (my favorite). Never have to worry about how your getting home after the bars or making it late to campus which is less than a 5 minute walk.

Electric usually runs about $50 a month in the winter.

Looking for a cozy, affordable apartment near Downtown? I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in the Overlook Village apartments starting no later than Jan. 1. The place is small but cozy, with two bedrooms, a decent-sized living room and a serviceable kitchen. I need to find someone to sublease my apartment from January - July 31st 2010 with options for renewal. I would prefer that the subleaser(s) stay the entire 7 months but if you want to stay less time it doesn't hurt to ask. The apartment is technically a studio though there are 2 separate lofts that are about 9 feet by 8 feet with a 5 foot low ceiling that can work for 2 bedrooms (see photos). I've lived here by myself but many neighbors have the exact same setup and split the rent into $300 a month.

The place has a security gate with a code and its pretty effective at keeping weirdos out during party hours.
The place has a DISHWASHER! There are also laundry machines just 50 feet away on the same floor, super easy (only 75 cents a cycle).
I'm going to be done with school so I'd also be willing to sell you a lot of my furnishings and stuff for super cheap if you want.

It is right next to the La-Z-Shopper and is managed by Fred's Historic Properties. It is right near Flannigans, Doc Cheys, Mellow Mushroom, Junkman's Daughter and Barberitos (my favorite). Never have to worry about how your getting home after the bars or making it late to campus which is less than a 5 minute walk.

Water/Trash/Hall Maintenance is already paid for.
I already paid the pet fee so if you have a dog or cat your good to go.
Electric usually runs about $50 a month in the winter.
I've been sharing DSL and Satellite with my neighbors for $30 a month total and they said they'd be willing to continue this deal as long as the new subleasers are cool (yes $30 TOTAL a month for super fast DSL Wi-Fi and Sattelite with HBO and all that premium stuff) .
