On 10+ secluded acres ... Just steps from the Chattahoochee River, with shoals right out front.
Very Clean Old farmhouse-style cottage with two master bedrooms each with queen-size feather-padded beds, valuted wood ceilings, and old fashioned baths. Whole cottage has old fashioned white washed boarded ceilings and walls with pine floors.

Unlike most homes in the area our cottage is right on the river with no steep hills to get to it... also has wonderful swimming area and over 1500 feet on the river. Great fishing, with some 5 lb trout caught right in front of cottage.

Nana's has french doors that open up to front and back porches, relax in your hot tub on the back screened porch and watch and listen to the shoals on the river, or from your rocking chair watch the wild turkey and deer.

Snuggle up to the beautiful riverstone fireplace, we even supply the firewood! It's truly a great romantic getaway!!

Relax on the hammock down by the river, fish, swim, take a chance on the old fashioned rope swing, or tube in your own backyard.( we provide 4 tubes)and there even is a private tube run! At end of tube run there are great shoals, wonderful beach.
