This beautiful house located directly on Lake Hartwell and 5 minutes away from downtown Hartwell is perfect for a fall weekend getaway or longer. There are four bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for up to nine people, and a full bathroom on each floor. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area or you can enjoy dinner on the screened-in patio that is great for relaxing. Upstairs is the private hot tub located on the balcony that has a perfect view of the lake. The house is in a cove surrounded by undeveloped lots that gives privacy for swimming or lying out on the private dock. Just a mile away is the Gum Branch boat ramp, so plan on bringing your boat and jet skis!

Off season rates are $100 per night with a two night minimum. There is an $85 cleaning fee.

This recently renovated 1200 square foot condominium is conveniently located 2.5 miles from downtown Athens, UGA, and right off of Atlanta Highway. Perfect for a weekend stay in Athens during football season. The living room is beautifully furnished and has hardwood floors. The two bedrooms are also newly furnished with queen-sized beds and have new carpets. The house sleeps four total. Each room has its own full bathroom and there is an additional half bathroom down stairs.

The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances along with a newly tiled floor and granite countertops. To make your stay more pleasant, it is also stocked with a case of cold bottled water, a twelve pack of Diet Coke, Coke, and Sprite. The condo is stocked with all paper products and nice dishware, silverware and cooking ware. As an extra �welcome� there is a bottle of red wine and a chilled bottle of white for you to enjoy.

Extra amenities include cable, wireless internet, entertainment system with dvd/cd player, all linens, and laundry closet.
There are actually two (2) fully furnished short term rental condos available.

Property Amenities:
This unit has a king in the master, a single and double in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. The sofa makes into a queen. The rental folks say eight and it depends on the group and number of kids. We rent to families over age of 25 as 50% of the building has permanent residents. Computer with high speed internet access. Vonage internet phone service with free US and Cnd calls.
Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM This is the total rent and includes all fees. Please confirm with a phone call or email if you want the condo. Remit 50% of rent in the next 7 days and the balance by 30 days prior to your stay.

OK- The house is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a 1.3 mile walk up Baxter will get you to Sanford Stadium in no time. Downtown is not far either. Very convenient location...if you need to get out of town in a hurry you won't be stuck on Milledge ave. There is a queen bed, queen futon, a couch, and an inflatable mattress if you need it. Tell me if there will be more than 8 people. The rental is for Fri. evening, checkout is Sunday by 1:00, but I'm pretty flexible. Everything in the kitchen is yours to use. I'll have plenty of cofffee to get your day started right. Clean linens, towels, etc. are all provided. I do require a $100 security deposit refunded when you return the keys and the house is still in good condition. Quiet neighborhood, hardwood floors, Wireless internet, note that there is a TV/DVD player but currently no cable access. ESPN360 works great. Also, there's plenty of improving reading material...
