Perfect for a weekend stay in Athens during football season. The living room is beautifully furnished and has hardwood floors. The two bedrooms are also newly furnished with queen-sized beds and have new carpets. The house sleeps four total. Each room has its own full bathroom and there is an additional half bathroom down stairs.

The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances along with a newly tiled floor and granite countertops. To make your stay more pleasant, it is also stocked with a case of cold bottled water, a twelve pack of Diet Coke, Coke, and Sprite. The condo is stocked with all paper products and nice dishware, silverware and cooking ware. As an extra �welcome� there is a bottle of red wine and a chilled bottle of white for you to enjoy.

Extra amenities include cable, wireless internet, entertainment system with dvd/cd player, all linens, and laundry closet.

There are actually two (2) fully furnished short term rental condos available.

There is a queen bed, queen futon, couch, and an inflatable mattress is needed. Tell me if there will be more than 8 people. The rental is for Fri. evening, checkout is Sunday by 12:00, but I'm pretty flexible. Everything in the kitchen is yours to use. I'll have plenty of cofffee to get your day started right. Linens, towels are all provided. Quiet neighborhood, hardwood floors, Wireless internet, note that there is a TV/DVD player but currently no cable access. ESPN360 works great. I am renting my house out for all UGA home games. The house has 3 bedrooms. Master BR has private bath. Other two bedrooms share the 2nd bath that is off the hall. You will have full access to the kitchen and everything in it. House also has a large Rec. room with extra frig so feel free to bring as much to eat and drink with you for the whole weekend. There is also a 34inch TV, DVD players,but currently no cable. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and two other couches. I also can provide a full and twin blow up bed. I will provide clean towels and linens.

I would prefer to rent the house for both Friday and Saturday nights. I will require a deposit of $200 to reserve the weekend. Price is for all three rooms and would prefer to rent all three rooms to larger groups but I am open to renting out no less than two rooms for a smaller rate. Price is for up to 6 people. $15 extra per person over 6.

House is located on the eastside in a safe neighborhood about 4 miles from the stadium. It is usually a $5 person cab ride back to the house and depending on your cabbie it can be cheaper if you have a full car/van full.

I am asking $550 for the Auburn and Ky games. Also email with any questions. Pics are not the greatest but the place is nice. freshly painted.

I am renting my house out for all UGA home games. The house has 3 bedrooms. Master BR has private bath. Other two bedrooms share the 2nd bath that is off the hall. You will have full access to the kitchen and everything in it. House also has a large Rec. room with extra frig so feel free to bring as much to eat and drink with you for the whole weekend. There is also a 34inch TV, DVD players,but currently no cable. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and two other couches. I also can provide a full and twin blow up bed. I will provide clean towels and linens.

I would prefer to rent the house for both Friday and Saturday nights. I will require a deposit of $250 to reserve the weekend. Price is for all three rooms and would prefer to rent all three rooms to larger groups but I am open to renting out no less than two rooms for a smaller rate. Price is for up to 6 people. $15 extra per person over 6.

House is located on the eastside in a safe neighborhood about 4 miles from the stadium. It is usually a $5 person cab ride back to the house and depending on your cabbie it can be cheaper if you have a full car/van full.
