I signed a lease back in October at The Connections at Athens for a fully furnished 4x4 UPGRADED apartment at $765/month (all utilities included except power split among 4 roommates). Since I signed early, this price is lower than what these units are going for now.
The apartment includes a private bathroom, big closet, spacious bedroom, and a nice kitchen. The apartment complex also has a pool, gym, study area, private rooms, basketball court, beach volleyball, and lounge area! Move in date is August 9, 2026.
This is an individual lease, so you don’t have to have your roommates chosen before you sign! There is an app/system within the apartment complex that “matches” you with potential roommates based off your preferences. You can set up your profile in the app once you sign. This is ideal for people that are still looking for roommates!!
