Requirements:
Our roommates prefer: Hygienic women only who will be respectful of quiet hours 11 PM - 6 AM
Process:
We’ll need your name, email, and phone number to send to the apartment complex. From there we’ll need approval from our roommates if you are not a student at UGA. Then we’ll proceed with a background check, application payment, and finally secure the lease signature and first two months of rent payment.
Payment:
First two months of rent up front to secure lease if you need help covering I don’t mind paying half of first payment ($780)
Amenities:
This property includes one private bedroom, one private bathroom, in-home laundry, kitchen, stove, microwave, a dining room and living room, as well as three other roommates. Amenities include free gym access, a tennis court, access to public transportation about 10 minutes from UGA as well as a public pool.
