Classic yacht in storage and waiting for new owner. Survey cost included if you purchase. Epoxy hull over sealed strip planked mahogany. Always had a polyester skin since new in 1958. Boat is rock solid and well cared for by boatbuilder owner. New main, mast, bowthruster, Awlwood MA finishes and the list goes on. 40000$ put into last refit a few years ago. No bottom work needed. Low hours onYanmar diesel. Not a project. Fast, made for shoal draft areas in Bahamas. 4' 2" draft with CB up and 8'+ with CB down. Bronze winches, stantions and fasteners. Bronze steering gear and autopilot. Teak and holly floors. New keel bolts. Sleeps 6,.new cooktop, propane system, wiring, panels, large fridge. All new rigging and roses. You won't find a better value anywhere. Any polyester boat will need osmosis repairs if 10 years old. This one is good for another 30 years.
