I have a 30 foot camper for sale. I have remodel it. I now have 2 x 4 walls ,insulation ,new floor ,& new roof. I’ve taken the air-conditioning unit out of the Top and replaced it with insulation and a new tin roof this is an amazing deal for $5000.00 or best offer you have to see it. The plan was to make a one bedroom apartment out of it, but my funds didn’t want to agree with that. So everything inside of this camper is brand new. as you see in the picture is gutted out only thing need to be done now is come back and put the bathroom stove and bedroom. Also, if you’re interested, I can leave it sitting on my property and you could just lease a space from me.
