Up for sale is a 1968 Pontiac LeMans 2-Door Coupe with a ZZ4 GM 350ci crate motor (about 10,000 miles), not a Pontiac GM original engine. It features gear drive timing, a Holley 4150 650 CFM carburetor with electric choke (daily driver setup), and a TH400 automatic transmission rebuilt in 2021 with a shift kit and a 4,000 stall converter. The GM corporate 10-bolt rear end was built at the same time as the engine and transmission.

Recent upgrades completed in the last 3 years include:

New aluminum radiator, water pump and all lines and thermostat. electric fans auto on/off 205/185 with manual override switch.

Full front suspension rebuild with polyurethane bushings, new springs and coils, upper and lower ball joints, new wheel bearings.

Complete brake system overhaul including new booster, drums, master, hard and soft lines, 4 wheel drums rebuilt.

New fuel cell, sending unit, fuel lines, and mechanical fuel pump

Full vehicle rewiring, and upgraded relay and fuse system, battery 2022, new sending unites for all lights and gauges.

Reconditioned original FM radio and working speaker

New heater core and blower fan, heater fan box rebuilt with all new vac lines, so rheostat and ducts vents work.

100 amp alternator

New Holly 4150 650CFM, electric choke.

New rims and tires with less than 3,000 miles

HEI ignition system with new plugs and wires

New dash and Tachometer LED gauge lights

The car is rust-free as it was in San Diego until 2023 and has been in my family for 35 years. The paint is a nice single-stage finish from the late 1990s in good shape, with a few chips here and there. The interior is original and functional but needs weather seals, window regulators, and door cards replaced. The exhaust is loud, and the current carburetor is set up for daily driving but would benefit from upgrading to a 750-850 CFM for full performance.

Extras included are a spare carburetor, miscellaneous spare parts (everything from brakes to seals), and a car cover, original 1968 California plate and owners manual to include all known receipts.
