We are looking for a Processor and Dough Depositor to join our team. The Processor and Dough Depositor will work with almond flour and powdered sugar in a gluten-free kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. They will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and following all health and safety regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain baking equipment.
Able to lift 50 lb or more
Able to lift compenents of machinery for break down, washing and set up
Ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards.
Keep a clean and organized work area.
Sifting Almond flour and powdered sugar to prep for use in baked goods
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
