We have BARN CATS ready to kill rodents on your property. All cats are spayed/neutered/vaccinated and you can adopt them at no cost! It’s best to adopt at least a pair or even a group, because the cats are social with one another and are more effective as hunters in greater numbers.

Our volunteer-run 501c3 nonprofit organization rescues healthy feral cats from local kill shelters, where they are often euthanized, and places them at your farm/barn/outdoor home. Barn Cats are excellent hunters of vermin – they will raid rodent nests within your barn, patrol your workshop, barns, fields, & livestock feed stores, in addition to chasing rodents away from destroying your expensive machinery & equipment.

When you adopt barn cats, we recommend you pen the cats up for 2-4 weeks, in a secure structure on your property.- ie., barn tack room, storage shed, workshop, chicken coop/other small animal pen, etc. -- whatever you may already have on your property. You maintain food, water, and a (temporary) litterbox in the pen, while they are acclimating. This way, the cats become accustomed to their new home, get used to a feeding routine, and thus tend to stick around at a greater rate, once you release them.

There is no cost to adopt, but we ask that you always provide them with a consistent source of dry cat food, water, and some sort of shelter (you don’t need to have an actual barn). Feel free to email, text, or call using the information provided. Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer.

Thanks,

Note: The cats pictured here are examples of cats that have already found barn homes through our program; we get a new batch each week and we will deliver first to those who request a greater number of cats. Barn/Working cats are an organic, poison-free solution to your rodent problem!
