Louvers in working condition, move freely.
Bought 3 decades ago from a benefit yard sale, vintage unknown. We never installed. Been stored in dry garage whole time. Need cleaning up/painting to your taste.
Photos show both sides of panels.
One shutter has always had a small chip missing from bottom-most louver (see photo). On another, the rod that opens/shuts the louvers is cracked and separated, but the ends appear to still meet and look like they could be glued (see photo).
