• Bagging trash and placing curbside (if allowed)
• Clearing walkways and floor space
• Light sweep when finished

Notes:
• No hauling
• No large furniture or appliances
• No hazardous materials
• Heavily packed garages priced separately

$2,500 – All-Inclusive

Includes everything in Option 1 plus:
• 20-yard roll-off dumpster
• Dumpster delivery and pickup coordination
• Ideal for large cleanouts or years of accumulation

• No appliances or large furniture
