Responsibilities
Assist with site cleanup, material organization, and debris removal to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
Help with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or injury
Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA standards, to promote a secure worksite for everyone involved
Participate in safety meetings and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors
Requirements
Valid OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety and Health Certification required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
