We have one opening for a Quality Assistant / Document Control person at Albert Manufacturing USA. We are a production based manufacturing plant located in Gainesville, GA. This person must have a background in Quality Assurance and Document Control. We will train you on specific details, but basic knowledge and prior work experience of the job functions are required to be considered for this position.

First shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm from Monday - Friday
First 90 days of training: Monday – Thursday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm & Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Starting pay of $11.25 per hour.
Eligible for a wage increase of up to $12.00 per hour after 90 days.
Eligible for quarterly performance bonus after 90 days.

80 hours of paid vacation time each year. Pro-rated based on hire date the first year.
24 Hours of paid sick time after working 1 full year.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB:
Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Must have a willing attitude and be a team player.
Must have a sense of quality and have the ability to pay attention to detail.
Must be self-motivated & able to work without constant supervision.
Must be trainable with the ability to read/ interpret drawings and use Inspection/ Measuring equipment.
Ability to communicate in an appropriate manner.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB:
Good basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication & division).
Ability to read work instructions.
High School Diploma, GED or 2 years experience at Albert Mfg USA.
Efficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office.
Some Safety/OSHA Compliance background preferred.
Will need to be trained for Internal Auditing.
LIFTING OR OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB:
Lifts up to 45 pounds throughout the day.
Will be trained internally to use a fork lift occasionally.
