Epiphone (by Gibson) soprano ukelele. Cherry red color, 12 frets , individual tuners on head, Hula girl on label. My guess is early 70s (I once had a 1970 Gibson bass of the same color.) No cracks, no damage. All wood construction. Possibly a rosewood fret board (I'm not sure.) See photos. Will swap
