Ludwig Stainless Vintage 1977 twelve piece set one owner
I special ordered eight of these drums from Al Nalli Music in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1977.
They all have Ludwig pointed corner blue and olive badges with serial numbers as listed below, except the 14" X 7" snare, which does not have the pointed corners, but rounded corners, probably because it's newer.
These drums have been set up for a left hander, but can be setup for a right hander as well. See pics. Some famous left handed drummers: Ian Paice with Deep Purple, Phil Collins with Genisus, Cheap Trick drummer Bun E. Carlos.

Ludwig produced these stainless-steel drums in relatively few numbers and in various configurations beginning in 1976. These stainless-steel drums were expensive to produce and Ludwig eventually ceased production in the early 1980s.
They were played and made famous by many professional touring drummers in the 1970s, including the great John Bonham of Led Zeppelin.
These drums are in super clean original condition. The stainless-steel shells are brilliant and free from major scratches and dents. All lugs, tension rods, and mounting sleeves are original and in excellent condition.
The drums deliver deep, resonate tones with outstanding volume and projection ranges.
All drum mounting hardware included. Cymbal stands included. Hi-hat included, but crash and ride cymbals not included.
