Details:
-One per household.
-Must schedule an appointment.
-Cats and dogs only.
-Must be able to show proof of an up to date rabies vaccine.
-Dogs must come in on leash, cats must be in a carrier.
-Pet must be tolerant of nail trim and restraint or able to be easily muzzled if necessary.
