Quick background on me: I’ve spent the last 15+ years building and fixing operations, project management, and client systems across consulting, e-commerce, and service-based businesses. I’ve led teams, built PM and ops functions from scratch, and helped companies scale without burning people out.
My sweet spot is turning messy, overloaded businesses into something clear and workable — better systems, better communication, better use of data. I’m big on metrics, but I care just as much about people and sustainability.
I now focus on helping entrepreneurs build structure and leadership practices that actually fit real life — not hustle culture or impossible schedules.
I went back to school, and I am looking for something to start immediately.
