We’re looking for somewhere in the 5 to 10 acre range. Doesn’t need to be pristine — overgrown or rough land is fine as long as there’s some usable flat ground and a water source (well, pond, or creek). An old barn, shed, or fencing would be a nice bonus, but we don’t need it.
What matters most:
- Some flat or cleared land
- Water on or near the property
- Ag or rural zoning
- Road access
Open to partially wooded lots or old farmland that needs some work. Flexible on county depending on price.
