The room will be available in late December 2025 (probably after Christmas Day). The lease runs through July 31, 2026. The deposit is $550.
The house is located about a mile from the UGA Arch next to the entrance to Walker Park, which offers soccer fields, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, a baseball practice field, and a picnic area. There are walking trails in the forest behind the house.
The bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, and the bathroom is a fair size, too. New carpets were installed in the bedrooms last year, but the attached photos were taken before then. The living area has laminate wooden flooring
The house has a large living area, a kitchen, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Off-road parking is available in front of the house.
The other tenants are various ages (not all student age). One dog is allowed, with a pet deposit of $300, which is fully refundable if the pet does not do any damage to the property. One current tenant has a dog (a lab).
The tenants each pay a 1/4 share of the utilities (electricity, water and trash, and internet). The total monthly utility cost per person is usually around $100 per month, but can be as much as $150 in mid-summer and winter) so rent and utilities together will cost around $650-$700 a month.
