Side and Floor: 3/16 Plate steel...Seamless floor...Other use thin 10guage thinner 11g and even 12g sheetmetal.
Rear Doors: 3/16 Plate steel doors with fabricated tubing frame....not stamped doors like pretty much every one else.
Tarp: included.
Top Rail 2x2 Square Tubing...for maximum side bend resistance when loading with heavy equipment.
Hydraulics: Front Mount 120 Telescopic Sylider for maximum dump abilty ...other only use this system on their larger trailers. they use a 108 cyclider...we use the 120 on all trailers with a bigger group 33 battery.

Fenders: 1/8" Tread Plate Steel. JUST ABOUT ALL the other manufacturers use thin 14g stamped fenders.
Axles: Dexter 7K Axles on 14k and 15K Models.......... 8k Extreme Duty with Monster sized Brakes and D80N Hubs Not little 2in brakes like on Diamon C and Bigtex and PJ and pretty much all the other brands. Bigfoot puts brakes on ALL wheels ALWAYS as per the LAW...unlike the cheapo trailers sold at SOME "shady dealers".
Paint System: EVERCOAT PAINT SYSTEM. You will NOT find another manufacturer that puts more time and money into prepping and painting a trailer. 1 hour prep and grind is performed on each trailer. Acid Etch system is perfromed on every trailer. The big guys use powder coating to save money...and the little guys use water base enamel to save money...many use no primer. All 2024 Bigfoot Trailers get a conversion coating solution that causes the steel to reject corrosion. Then we use a 2 Part mixed Epoxy Primer which is used on parts that are coated to be in the ocean. Next we use a 2 part Poly-Urethane Same type used on Airline Jets, Trains, Semi Trucks...etc Our paint system is audited and monitored by the manufacturer of the paint to be applied in the very best manner posible.
