We’re looking for a Field Assessment Subcontractor to run leads for our home‑improvement company. This is a 1099 subcontractor position — no sales, no pressure, no estimating. Your job is simple: visit the home, gather information, take photos, document the requested work, and send it back to us.
INITIALLY THIS WOULD BE PART TIME BASED ENTIRELY ON LEAD OPPORTUNITIES
🛠 What You’ll Do
• Visit homeowner leads assigned to you
• Walk the project with the homeowner
• Take clear photos of all relevant areas
• Gather details, measurements, and scope notes
• Document existing conditions and homeowner requests
• Submit all information same day or within 24 hours
• Represent our company professionally and respectfully

📍 Requirements- PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with good camera
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to take clear notes and photos
